Tejano inspired with a Chipotle kick! High protein (51.4g per 100g Jerky) ethically produced, barrel smoked, beef jerky. Tough 200g resealable Biodegradable bulk expedition pouch. 3 month ambient shelf life from production.

Good flavour, quite tough.

The flavour was really nice and strong and a good spice level, although this jerky was quite tough and dry, perhaps thats the style if its hot smoked, and maybe people like it like that so it could be just a me issue but I prefer a more tender Jerky.

This is real jerky, as you said hot smoked, and yes many people absolutely love it. I think the 'Jerky' you are used to that is more tender may be biltong, or probable the 'gummi bear jerky' you buy in supermarkets which is mass produced from meat from all over the world, pumped full of chemicals and liquid smoke. May this may be best for you. :)

Love this beef jerky. Very nice flavour, even better than the original one although those are delicious too.
Some bits are s bit chewy, maybe because of they have been cut thicker but in general tons better than the supermarket one's. I will be buying again.
