Tastes good but some pieces are either thick or tough, all in though an enjoyable product

Thanks for the review Brian, this is interesting, all of your jerky should have been the same thickness as itall sliced the same. Was the jerky chewed long enough? Jerky is dehydrated and becomes rehydrated the more you chew it, releasing the flavours. :)
